Mediation and facilitation services
headed and provided by
Peter Condliffe

Specialising in participatory decision making
for organisations, businesses and families.

Our goal at MFA is to help business partners and owners, committees, boards of directors, and families working through complex issues to prevent and resolve conflicts in collaborative and non-adversarial ways.

We do this through the provision of mediation, arbitration, facilitation, dispute system design services, training and special workshops. We can also evaluate your existing dispute management processes, and investigate complaints and conflicts .

Conflict coaching is also available to help you work through issues in your present conflict.

We can also provide lists of persons suitable to manage your particular conflict, or recommend a person.

Peter heads a specialist service that has connections with a wide network of experts in conflict management practice, participatory decision making, theory and training. The network includes barristers, teachers, academics, accountants and others who, by their experience, have proved their expertise in conflict management. He can provide you with lists or panels of conflict management experts in any part of Australia.
